Getting Started in ExileWorld
Welcome to ExileWorld! This guide has everything you need to start your adventure.
⚡ Progression
Leveling in ExileWorld is very different from other private servers: it's slower, closer to classic NosTale, with a few tweaks. There are no story quests — it's all open world.
Your gear stays with you forever
From the start you'll only have one quest: head over to the NosVille Danders. There you'll get a box you need to open, which gives you a reward. Every so many levels you'll come back to open it again, as it keeps unlocking upgrades. Inside you'll find 3 crafting scrolls: main weapon, secondary weapon, and armour.
Don't craft your gear until you have the level to equip it.
Getting gear in ExileWorld works completely differently from other servers: to craft the next piece you'll always need the one you currently have equipped, and you'll keep both its rarity and its optimization when you create the new one. Your gear stays with you through your whole progression — you never start from zero.
To craft your gear you'll also need a lot of materials, which you can get by farming on the general maps — where you'll be leveling up at the same time — and you'll also need to run raids, since some items are only available there.
You'll get a reward box every so many levels: it brings different items that help your progress, plus the scrolls to craft your next gear.

Fire FairyElemental resistances matter more here
Resistances are more important in ExileWorld than on a typical server: mob elemental damage is higher here, so to actually reach the elemental resistance cap you need 200% of the matching element — not 100%, like you might expect on other servers.

When to enter Land of Death
Land of Death (LOD) — you can check LOD's schedule on the Event Calendar.
You can only enter LOD from level 40, and it's recommended to go with Light SP and good gear to make the most of it.
✨ Your first SPs
SP1 to SP4. Each SP has its own quest to obtain it.
You don't need to level up your job to equip cloth: opening the box for that level also levels up your job.
As soon as you have the level to accept the SP quest, do it — that way you'll progress faster.
